My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Can I get a refund if my order is delayed?
