Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which ones we use, what they do, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Your choice
Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically. Everything else — analytics and advertising — is set only if you agree.
When you first visit, you'll be asked. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and choosing to refuse doesn't limit what you can buy or how the shop works. You can change your mind whenever you like, using the link at the bottom of this page.
What we use, and why
Strictly necessary
These make the shop work. They can't be switched off, and they don't require consent.
- Remembering what's in your basket
- Keeping your session secure while you check out
- Storing your cookie preferences, so we don't ask on every page
- Fraud prevention and load balancing
Set by: Shopify. Typical lifespan: from the length of your visit up to two years.
Analytics — consent required
These tell us how the shop is used — which pages are read, where people get stuck — so we can improve it. They are not used to identify you personally.
- Google Analytics 4
- Shopify's own store analytics
Typical lifespan: up to 25 months.
Advertising and measurement — consent required
These let us understand whether our advertising works, and show relevant ads elsewhere.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel
- Google Ads conversion measurement
Typical lifespan: up to 13 months.
Marketing and personalisation — consent required
Used where you've subscribed, to send relevant email and to remind you of a basket you left behind.
- Klaviyo
Third parties
Some cookies are set by the companies above rather than by us, and are governed by their own policies. We only allow them to run once you've consented, and we never sell your data.
Managing cookies
You can change your choices at any time:
- Use the cookie preferences link in the footer of this site
- Or change the settings in your browser — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, though blocking necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout working
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.
How long consent lasts
We keep your choice for a maximum of six months, after which we'll ask again. Consent records are kept so we can show what you agreed to and when.
