Refund policy

Please note that in order to start a return, you must first email us to receive instructions at hello@littlepeashop.com. Without emailing us first, we cannot accept the return.

This policy lasts 31 days. If 31 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. Once you have contacted us for a return within the 31 days, items must shipped with tracking submitted to us within the next 5 days to complete your return, after this time has lapsed, we are unable to finalise the return. Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still in a new and re-sellable condition. All returned items will be exchanged for store credit which is available to be used for all products including sale items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to either our warehouse in Australia or China. If you're eligible to receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, we will issue you a store credit which you can use for future purchases. Please contact us at hello@littlepeashop.com if you are waiting for your store credit or have any questions. 

Exchanges/Faulty Items

We will replace items if they are faulty or you were sent the wrong item. Please email us at hello@littlepeashop.com along with a photo/video of your order and a description of what is wrong, and we'll can help you with the return and replacement.

Cancelling Order

Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

Missing Item

If you did not receive part of your order, please email us at hello@littlepeashop.com. Sometimes we send out separate packages if items are being dispatched from different warehouses.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is wrong or is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our logistics partner's facility and you will be liable for any return shipping fees. Once we reconfirm your address we will reship the package at your cost.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our logistics partner's facility and a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost Shipments

Shipments that are not delivered within 75 days of dispatch are covered by our complimentary transit insurance. After 75 days, we can issue you a full refund or resend a replacement. Please note, that you need to contact us no later than 90 days after shipment to activate this insurance. We are unable to refund or replace before this 75 day mark.

Money Back Guarantee

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described on our product page, or if your item is not delivered within 75 Days of dispatch. We will simply refund you in full! This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

Simply contact hello@littlepeashop.com with your order number and details of the product if it was received not as described (please include any photos that show the discrepancies). Please also contact us if it's been 75 days since your order was dispatched and it hasn't arrived.
